We offer a variety of classes for first time yogis and experienced practitioners alike. 3B Yoga is located at the mouth of beautiful Provo Canyon in the Shops at Riverwoods along the Provo River.

Not everyone needs unlimited yoga. Some people need once-a-week, the same hour, no negotiation.
Our 4 Classes/Month Membership is $44. That's it. Four classes a month, your choice of any modality, dependable as a Tuesday.
For the Provo mom doing pickup and drop-off in three different places. For the BYU professor whose calendar already runs the show. For the freelance writer who finally wants something on her calendar that isn't a deadline.
