A meaningful collaboration between healthcare, education, and the arts.
We recently received a thoughtful art donation created by Brown University students Rishika Kartik and Jackson Ruddick through our partnership with Dr. Chuck Toth and the Memory and Aging Program.
The students received a grant from the Brown Arts Institute to create community-facing artwork and chose to partner with MAP for the project.
“We’re so grateful the students chose to create this thoughtful art for our space,” said Athena Lavoie, Outreach Manager. “It’s been such a meaningful collaboration.”

This year, we’re proud to honor Steven A. Rasmussen, MD, and the Providence Police Department. Proceeds from the event will support initiatives that promote staff wellbeing and enhance the patient care experience.

The BEACONS Study is looking for your perspective on brain health.
Take a 30-minute online survey on your own time, and you may be invited to an optional 60-minute Zoom interview. You’ll receive $25 for the survey and another $25 if you complete the interview. Your input will help researchers better understand how people access brain health care and how to make it more accessible for everyone.

A big thank you for the generous donation of Girl Scout Cookies for our Butler Behavioral Health team.
Our Nursing and Patient Care leaders helped organize and share them across units, departments, and programs so every staff member could enjoy a treat.
We’re grateful for the kindness and support of the Girl Scouts of Southeastern New England that made the day a little brighter.
