Congradulations to all of our members who graduated this past Sunday! The class of 2016 is destined for greatness!

Good morning, Providence! We hope you'll consider traipsing through the snow tonight at 9PM to come to our last general body meeting before spring break in MacMillan 115. Tonight, we'll be discussing maritime law, law of the sea, and conflicts over jurisdiction including the Northwest Passage and the South China Sea. As always, we'll have snacks (and they'll be worth the walk). See you all there!!

Come on down tonight at 9PM to MacMillan 115 for a special edition general body meeting for Brown Model UN! Geoffrey Kocks and Julia Gross will be co-leading a discussion on the supply and demand factors that contribute to global water scarcity. Using India as a case study, they discuss possible intervention strategies as well as research that they have done on the long term prospects for these strategies. The discussion will also cover recent approaches that the UN has taken to combat water scarcity, and the meeting will conclude with a directive writing activity from the perspective of various countries facing water challenges. As always, snacks will be served! See you all there.
