A Forced Exposure - Short Film - Film and Storytelling | Seed&Spark Peri, a quiet observer of the world with a passion for photography, finds a certain beauty in images at night. With an opportunity to exhibit her pictures, she sets out on one last night of shooting, but surreal and unsettling events on the streets of LA threaten to ruin her usual solace.

The trailer for Lo**ta Express is finally here! From a reading of Octavia's play at Brown in 2017, to producing a workshop at Cherry Lane in 2018, and finally the short film adaptation in 2019. The news of Epstein's arrest broke the night before we began filming, and I think our director puts it best when summing up the film as a love letter to survivors.

Lo**ta Express (by Octavia Chavez-Richmond) A short film loosely based on the events surrounding Jeffrey Epstein/Lo**ta Express. Octavia has taken a story that the media centered around the male abuser, and has rewritten it to revolve around the female victims. A film written, directed, produced, shot by and starring women.
