We are a collaborative of nonprofit organizations & programs housed in the Mathewson Street Church building in Downtown Providence. We host a wide range of non-religious human service activities & programs during the week, such as a soup kitchen, educational programs for at-risk youth, and support services for Rhode Islanders living with mental illness. In Memoriam of Jennie DiTomasso who passed away last week. Jennie was a friend to so many, especially to those who were unhoused and in need of support. She was a loyal volunteer with The New Street Sights Page; a server at Better Lives Rhode Island Community Meal every Friday; a supporter & participant in the Tenderloin Opera Company and an advocate with RI Organizing Project. Her caring & quiet presence will be greatly missed in our collective communities.
