We want to show consumers what goes on behind the Employees-Only doors. We hope that knowledge will lead them to treat service workers with more respect, to support workers in their organizing fights, and to make better decisions about where they spend their money. We want to empower workers by giving them a public space to discuss their experiences and expose their employers. We want workers to see that they are not alone – others are suffering the same abuses and fighting the same fight.
