Sometimes, we just keep going, figuring things out the best way we can. There are moments when everything moves faster than we ever imagined, and then suddenly, it slows down. In those low moments, you can feel lost… your mind goes cold, and nothing seems clear.

Yeah, that’s life. It moves in circles, constantly shifting, making it hard to hold on or understand what’s really happening.

But in time, things begin to fall into place. And before you know it, you’re moving forward again, like you were never even down.

So keep the momentum going. Keep moving. Keep grinding until it feels right again. Everything has its time… trust God’s timing.

There’s no giving up. Until it’s done—there’s no stopping.

Last night, I called my mom. We spoke for about 20–30 minutes, talking about everything surrounding my well-being. As a mother who is far away from her son, she’s always eager to know how I’m doing.

I told her how the past few months have been, the growth, the struggles, and the broken parts I’ve been dealing with. As I spoke, I could feel her tone change. Even over the phone, I could sense her heart, she was hurting for her child.

But through it all, she remained who she has always been: a praying mother. She said to me, “My hero, you know I am always here for you. Get on your knees, let’s pray.” And in that moment, we shared a powerful time of prayer.

Afterward, I felt a deep sense of relief. So much of the pain and anxiety lifted, and my thoughts felt steady again.

Always remember to share your feelings with your mother, or someone who truly cares about you. Have those honest conversations. It’s important to open up and share your experiences with someone you trust.
