The new owners of Hillside Original New York System, Saul and Summer, will be working closely with the Baba’s family as we train them in everything we know…ensuring a smooth transition and keeping the same great flavors you love.
Saul and Summer are proud Smith Hill locals who are ready to welcome you with open arms and continue serving our original recipe and delicious menu.
