Women in brass and percussion are chronically underrepresented in leadership roles in the marching band world. We are offering a one-week long camp that addresses this issue through leadership training, music making, and creative learning.
Girls learn communication skills that they bring back to their communities with new confidence to become leaders in their programs. Gradually this changes the culture and creates opportunity for female inclusion and participation at all levels.
