I’m about to become your fitness mentor mixed with a little virtual fit sister in Christ. By equipping you with the same tools and inspiration that gave my body and heart new life. Jesus took me at my weakest and made me strong and confident in His power. I was frail, I was torn and I was desperate for a change. He told me that if I would take care of myself, He would take care of the rest. OH, ho

Bravenly Global steps into a new era today.

Five years. One promise: holistic health that gets to the ROOT ... physically, mentally, and spiritually. Bold in faith. Unafraid to stand apart. And the growth speaks for itself.

$1M. $9M. $19M. $50M. $102M.

Eighteen months ago, I said yes to something I wasn't sure about. I didn't have all the answers. I just knew Bravenly was different from ANYTHING I'd seen in this industry. So I built.

Since then, I've grown one of the top organizations in the company because the mission is solid, the products deliver, and the leaders around me are EXTRAORDINARY and industry-wide respected.

When you change a woman, you change a family. But when you teach her how to change others, you have a God-sized movement on your hands. And now we expand that GLOBALLY.

The news is here and it changes everything. FULL SEND. 🩷

This is what the data actually says ...

Women are starting about 49% of all new businesses right now. And the fastest-growing group of entrepreneurs? Women over 40.

Not late.
Not behind.

In fact, the average successful founder is around 45. Which makes sense because this version of us builds differently.

With:
• experience
• wisdom
• intention

And for me, this wasn’t about needing purpose or finding a way to be home with my kids. This industry had already given me that.

When I said yes to Bravenly, it wasn’t out of need, it was alignment. It fits my life now. And that matters.

I’m home from spring break…
or as my teenagers call it, spreak šŸ˜…
and ready to build with more women who want the same thing.

This isn’t for everyone. But if you’re the kind of woman who loves her family fiercely, knows who she is, what she wants and is actually willing to build it ...

Let's chat and see if this is a good fit. Take care of you + let God do the rest. šŸ¤

Very few people know this about me…
I was actually a D1 athlete. And not because I was an exceptional athlete.
OSU started an equestrian team while I was there, and somehow they let me come on as a beginner. I spent the last two years of college learning both western and English and traveling to other schools to ride their horses.
Looking back, that season taught me more than I realized at the time. Because life after that didn’t look quite so simple.
There were seasons of being a teacher, raising kids, running a business, and if I’m honest ... divorce and single motherhood for a time. Holding life together while rebuilding it at the same time. Doing the job of two.
When stress is constant for years, your body adapts. Your system produces more cortisol, the hormone that helps you push through hard things. But over time, that stress response can become dysregulated, what many people call adrenal fatigue.
And one of the first places this often shows up is the gut.
Long-term cortisol elevation can disrupt gut bacteria, increase inflammation, weaken the gut lining, and affect how well your body absorbs nutrients.
Years ago I realized gluten wasn’t serving my gut well, so I removed it. That helped.
But what I’ve learned since then is that gut health isn’t just about what you remove, it’s also about repairing what long-term stress has worn down.
Rebuilding the gut.
Restoring nutrients.
Helping the nervous system move out of survival mode.
For me, part of that healing season also looked like walking more closely with the Lord… and getting back on a horse.
After my divorce, I spent a large chunk of a day each week at the barn. (the rest in comments)
