Mica brings more than 16 years of administrative experience and a true heart for helping people. She’ll be supporting our clients, referral partners, and team behind the scenes to help keep things running smoothly and make sure everyone feels well taken care of along the way.

Outside of work, Mica enjoys spending time with her husband and their two teenage children. She loves traveling, exploring new places with family and friends, and staying active in her church and community.
