This cutting-edge facility was designed with systems, including heat pumps, a 356.4 kW system, and advanced energy modeling, resulting in over $92,000 in annual utility incentives and a commitment to performance.

Congratulations to the University of Kentucky's Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment on the recent ribbon cutting of the Martin-Gatton Agricultural Sciences Building! CMTA is proud to have provided and design for this $60 million, 66,000 square-foot facility, a student-centered hub uniting , advising, and spaces under one roof to shape the next generation of leaders. We are excited to see the benefits of this facility on the students and staff!
