In the kitchen today - Homemade Italian Sausage and 3 Cheese Lasagna with Fresh Herbs and Homemade Red Sauce, Chopped Italian Salad loaded with fresh veggies and chickpeas and homemade baguettes! The colder weather and abundance of tomatoes and herbs has me inspired :)

In the kitchen today: Tequila/Lime Chicken with homemade chipotle black beans, guac & Elote. Also making grilled maple & balsamic glazed pork chops and peaches with basil and grana padano stuffed patty pan squash! Busy busy but excited & inspired by the abundance of beautiful local foods I bought at the farmers market yesterday :)

Good old fashioned sloppy joes on the menu tonight along with homemade root veggie chips! Golden Beets, Rainbow Carrots and Yams make a colorful side to the 'Joes :)
