Seeking a Java/J2EE Developer will provide software application development and support for custom internally developed application. Candidates for this contract position should have broad programming experience including Java, Hibernate, Spring, Java Servlet, Javabean, Hibernate, OO Design, and JSF. Local candidates are preferred for expedient onboarding.
Required Skills:
• must be a strong problem-solver with good JSF and Hibernate skills.
• Troubleshoot JSF, Java, Hibernate for internal enterprise-wide project tracking application.
• 5+ years advanced computer programming skills in Java, Java Servlet, Javabean, Hibernate, Spring, OO Design, JSF.
• Advanced working skills in programming with Oracle.
• Experience working with Apache and Tomcat.
• Experience developing SOAP and RESTful web services
• Experience working with HTML5, jQuery, Advanced Javascript, CSS
• Experience in systems analysis and working closely with business customer
• Significant working knowledge with the Eclipse
• Experience with Unix/Linux
• Experience with code versioning and change management concepts
• Experience with full life-cycle software applications development (i.e., design, construction, testing, and implementation)
• Experience with requirements definition and specifications design
• Experience analyzing and developing functional requirements in Sprints.
• Able to perform the complete system life cycle using the Agile Scrum Methodology phases from project initiation, analysis and requirements, design, coding, testing and implementation
• Ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences, both business and technical
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
