Smoked Lime Lager
Lager with Smoked Malt and Lime
5.2% ABV

Inspired by the classic boilermaker pairing of mezcal, Mexican lager, and lime, this lager brings bright citrus and subtle smoke together in a crisp, refreshing pint. It pours straw in color with a fluffy white head, opening with vibrant lime, a touch of smoke, and a light malt character. The body is lean and highly carbonated, letting the punchy lime take center stage while a gentle smokiness lingers through the finish. Brewed with Pilsner malt, beech smoked malt, wheat, corn, then complimented with citrusy Loral hops, it’s a bright, thirst quenching lager that keeps you coming back.

If stout season never ends for you, we’ve got good news. Now pouring at both of our locations.

•TRIUMPH IMPERATRIX•
A potent blend of two burly winter ales from two different spirit barrels. In 2024, we filled our own Maker’s Mark Private Keller Select oak bourbon barrel with a Russian Imperial stout sweetened with lactose, and an Amburana rye whiskey barrel with Baltic porter. Combining them yielded mature flavors of nutty chocolate caramels, coconut, cinnamon, espresso, vanilla, and at 11 percent - soft, warming alcohol. Best served as a digestif at cellar temperature. Za zdorovye!
