Every image tells a story. Every story adds a unique piece to something larger. ✨
For 30 years, HTI has cultivated a vibrant mosaic of scholars, mentors, graduates, institutions, and partners whose diverse experiences, disciplines, perspectives, and vocations have enriched theological and religious education.
The strength of a mosaic is not found in uniformity, but in the richness of its many pieces. En conjunto, these stories form a living picture of scholarship, mentorship, leadership, and community.
As we celebrate HTI's 30th Anniversary, we invite you to journey with us through our anniversary theme:
"The Power of En Conjunto: A 30-Year Mosaic of Transformational Impact"
Between now and November, HTI will share the people, moments, and milestones that have shaped these past 30 years.
And we invite you to help enlarge the mosaic by sharing your own story, memory, or reflection as part of this collective journey.
Because every piece matters. And the mosaic is still being created.

🎓 Behind every graduation milestone is a mentor who helped make it possible.
As part of HTI’s 30th Anniversary, HTI’s Mayo de Mentores highlights how mentorship not only helps scholars persist, but also accompanies, encourages, and shapes leadership, vocation, and long-term impact in theological and religious education.
This graduation season, we invite students, graduates, and HTI community members to share a brief reflection and photo honoring a mentor who influenced their journey and helped sustain them along the way.
💬 Who helped guide and encourage you during your journey?
Together, these stories will help resource and encourage future generations of scholars and leaders.
