Our programs will include providing support for innovative approaches to the spaying and neutering of dogs, making such services available to owners whose access to such services is limited, facilitating the adoption of homeless animals, raising awareness of the implications of the overpopulation crisis, supporting efforts to provide for the welfare and humane treatment of dogs and raising funds to support these and related programs.
