As a Holistic Health Coach, my focus is on the care mom and the baby.

* My goal is to provide you with personalized nutrition recommendations for recovery from childbirth.

* During our first onboarding call. the focus is on your nutrition and wellness. Nutrition concerns are not included only as a brief side note, as sometimes happens in conversations with other medical providers.

* I also provide you with information on eating a balanced and supportive diet to help you feel better and recover.

* We also focus on the importance of sleep during this time since we are often low on energy due to fatigue from delivery and lack of sleep.

A Holistic Health Coach can help you think through meal plans and/or snacks that will be easy, balanced, and satisfying when you’re short on time and energy.

“I want to show them what confidence is”

“I don’t want them to struggle with the same bs I did”

“I don’t want them picking apart their body”

But what is healthy?
What is confidence?
What do you actually struggle with?
Do you pick yourself apart no matter how much you try to set this example?
Do you have the mindset to follow through on your self care habits? (No I’m not talking about eating veggies, that’s the least of my worries).

There is more to your goals than a set a macros and b***y bands are going to give.

There is more to your goals than fasting and quitting pop.

There is more to you than what you even realize. And to model that to them you must do the work on yourself...not just the physical work... The mindset work. So you can lead by example. Because we all know kids don’t listen to us- they watch what we do.. then the question becomes this: if in 15 years your kids had your exact habits, mindset and health would you feel proud? Or would you feel sad?

In order to truly close these gaps, you need to try something different.

Something that’s actually a long term approach instead of a short term, scale based, quick fix.

Something that shows you how to rely on yourself instead of relying on whatever thing you just bought to “fix” your “weight problem.”
Because that weight problem is just a symptom of something deeper going on with you. And that’s why the detoxes, green tea pills, protein shakes and clean eating hasn’t worked.
