I’ve known .aviation for about a decade now, they’re part of an amazing family. Every so often they let me play safety officer for aerial platform shooting events. This year at the annual Helicopter Shoot, they surprised me with a custom uniform. I’m still blown away and blessed to know this crew.

“Momma” was adopted last night. I think she knew and the pups knew all of our hearts because they were ready. They walked her out on the flight line and she gave me one last hug. She said thank you for saving me and I said thank you for raising morale at FOB Banner.
