Founded in 2021, Quartz hopes to form connections between artists and audiences in an attempt to bring hope and beauty into the Prescott, Arizona area, from which our name is derived. What a thrilling first rehearsal with all ensembles involved for Fridays performance of Carmina Burana! Quartz is acting as soloists and chamber ensemble for select movements. Looking forward to dress rehearsal tonight!
Following the Carmina tutti, Quartz began work on our repertoire for our Palm Sunday performance at Church of the Good Shepherd led by Artistic Director Joshua Harper. It’s going to be a fantastic weekend of music!
