lude Lead Inspector, Risk Assessor, Supervisor, Project Designer and Worker. Owing to budget cuts, LSU discontinued the EPA Lead-Based Paint certification program at the end of 2009. In order to satisfy the ongoing demand for quality training, LSU turned over all the lead training responsibilities to Deborah Brandt, who has been their primary instructor for the lead classes since 1994. Brandt Instruments is currently providing a full course offering with lead refresher training quarterly and initial training classes as needed.
