requested this super fun taco cake for her sons’ birthdays last weekend! This was a 6” confetti cake cut in half! I topped with vanilla buttercream and finished with fondant tortillas and tomatoes - everything else is buttercream! I was able to achieve the meat consistency by mixing cake crumbs with brown buttercream! 🌮
