MaxT3 Fitness Center
MaxT3 is based on Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon) and gets Maximum Results by applying the 3T’s: Time, Tempo, and Type. MaxT3’s Time, Tempo and Type allows us to turn the dials so that all of the workouts are short duration/high intensity while ensuring a strong metabolic effect. The maxT3 Fast Module is 6 movements, 1 minute each. A minute break then do the round for a second time.
Total time = 13:00
Total work time = 12:00 max
Total rest time 1:00 or as needed.

We are so excited to be doing this on Memorial Day at the Fitness Center this year! Anyone is welcome. Share away.
