Now under construction! Three families will be able to purchase a newly constructed home through the Northside Homeownership Program. Three new two-family homes on the Northside of the City of Poughkeepsie, designated to be sold to low-income first-time homebuyers, with move-in as soon as later this year.

Two-family homes will create income for the homebuyer, and are available to first time homebuyers. Terms and conditions apply. Homebuyer education, credit building, mortgage assistance, and landlord training available for buyers.
