Join us for these two upcoming Ulster county events!

National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) "Ending the Silence" (ETS) is a presentation available to the community. ETS engages participants in a discussion about mental health which includes early warning signs of mental health conditions and signs of su***de. Participants learn how to help themselves, friends or family members who may need support by learning about resources that are available. Positive coping strategies are emphasized. The main messages include β€œIt’s OK to not be OK” and β€œThere is No Health Without Mental Health!” This presentation helps raise awareness and change perceptions around mental health conditions.
