Yesterday while IG was down we sat at the closing table for hours, making phone calls, running back and forth to the house, signing paperwork etc😩 but in the end, it all worked out. Buying and selling at the same time is no joke but when you have the right realtor in place, we make magic happen. It was a pleasure working with Tatyanna & Todd again (I sold them their first house back in 2018) full circle moment. Congratulations again & cheers 🥂

Shout out to my client Humroy, he closed on his first home today 🏡 I have so much respect for this guy. Originally from Jamaica 🇯🇲, He moved here, to the U.S just a few years ago.
