Morgan Lake
The Morgan Lake page is managed by Joclyn Wallace, City of Poughkeepsie Adopt-A-Park Program Volunteer. Page events are created by Joclyn, too. Through the Adopt-A-Park Program, Joclyn started the Morgan Lake Revitalization Project. The mission of the project is to keep Morgan Lake litter free by assisting the City of Poughkeepsie DPW with park maintenance and also to promote use of the park through free community events.

In April 2012, Morgan Lake was "adopted" by Poughkeepsie native Joclyn Wallace through the City of Poughkeepsie DPW Adopt-A-Park Program. Wallace was recently transferred to a position in Albany, NY and is ready to find an individual, group and/or organization to take over what she calls the Morgan Lake Revitalization Project (helping the DPW keep the park litter-free for visitors and wildlife).
