Position Description:

Ability to take the complete loan application and obtain the necessary paperwork from the potential borrower to begin the loan process. Assessing and educating himself on the financial position and circumstances of a potential borrower. Researching the market to determine a mortgage product suitable for the borrower. Assisting the client with obtaining pre-approval for a mortgage loan. Possessing marketing, advertising and communication skills.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

Reviews and audits loan closing packages ensuring that all requested items are valid and that all stipulations are met.

Reviews signed documents for compliance with Federal, State, and Company laws, regulations, and policies.

Ensures all closing packages meet the Company standards for quality and accuracy.

Corresponds with title companies to obtain outstanding closing documentation due to deficiencies or omissions.

Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
