New addition to my creations is a sandwich bread. Oh my word!!! This is sooooo incredibly good. So soft, perfect chewiness, perfect texture, perfect taste. I have always like my rustic bread for sandwiches. But this will be a new go to for us for sandwiches.

Some pictures from my bake today. While my bread is cooling I ran the kids to the river for some swim time. Then I’ll be heading back home to bag it all up and put it on my porch. Tomorrow I’ll do it all again except going to the market for the evening. It’s the last market and your last chance to check it out. Come find me! I’d love to meet you. Sourdough cookies turned into ice cream sandwiches!

I have a few extra items left over from my market tonight. Message me if you’d like anything 50% off. I have 2 OG loaves ($5 each). Brownies ($2 each). Peanut butter choco cookies (pack of 3 for $4) . Butterscotch toffee cookies (pack of 3 for $4). All baked today. All sourdough and organic ingredients of course. 😉

I jumped on the band wagon with baking with loaf pans instead of Dutch ovens for my bread. I think I’m going to love this for sandwiches!

But really it’s a very versatile flavor. Good with grilled cheese, breakfast sandwich, all kinds of sandwiches, toast, dipped in olive oil… all sooo good.
