Congratulations to Jonathan, Pinnacle Patient Spotlight! Jonathon has been plagued with pes planus, or flat footedness, his entire life. He describes this as a constant struggle until he met Dr Bryan Thompson at Inland Foot and Ankle. He had surgery to provide stability to his left foot and lengthen his calf muscles. He then had a prolonged period of non weight bearing to allow tissue to heal.

He started PT and has shown very gradual but consistent improvements in all areas of physical therapy, including range of motion, tissue mobility, edema, decreased sympathetic responses, and weight bearing progression/walking ability. He has been an excellent student, working very hard to progress every visit. Congratulations Jonathon and thank you for your hard work!
