Well, look at you, Mrs Big Shot!
Mellissa, you killed this one by losing 7.1 percent body fat and 10 pounds from an already slender frame.
You took your fitness to the next level for sure, and with that being said, you matched it with great nutrition. This is the absolute best way to attack any fitness program. You have to do both parts. You gotta hit the gym, and you gotta eat right to match what you want your body to do. Well, you did just that. Iβm so proud of you, young lady. Your workouts were grinders every time. You hit the toughest days head-on, even when you had to be at the hospital all night.
