Looking to get rid of an old mattress? Community Warehouse in Gresham is holding two free mattress collection events this month. Households can drop off up to five mattresses and box springs for donation or free recycling.
What: Free mattress recycling event
When: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14 and Saturday, July 18
Where: 464 NE 219th Ave., Gresham, OR 97030

Community Warehouse is hosting TWO Mattress Collection Events TOMORROW and Saturday (July 14 and July 18).
Donate mattresses for reuse or recycling at this special collection event.
Mattresses in like-new condition will be redistributed to local families through the furniture bank. You can also bring other accepted furniture bank donations.

🚐 Metro, state and regional partners have created a draft Regional Vanpool Action Plan to address the lack of vanpooling opportunities in the region and capitalize on an opportunity provided by ODOT to support vanpool programming and subsidies.
📜 Metro is seeking feedback on the plan and participation in a survey to measure attitudes and awareness of vanpooling. Take the survey now through July 31 at www.oregonmetro.gov/vanpool
