For the last 4 weeks, we gathered to pause, connect and meditate under the guidance of our beloved teacher,

We learned how to anchor in the breath & body; work with difficult emotions; noting & neutralizing repetitive thought patterns; utilizing walking as an access point to a meditative state; how to cultivate a metta (loving kindness) practice and more!

‘Mindfulness Lab’ is designed as an experiential journey to move from autopilot into a life of conscious connection ✨ a laboratory where we experiment with techniques to deepen our awareness of ourselves and the world.

Starting May 26, we’ll be kicking off Mindfulness Lab 2.0 for all 200hr certified yoga teachers. It’ll run (4) Tuesdays through June 16 from 430-6p.

This is a completely FREE offering. We are looking for at least 8 people who can commit to the full series.

Your participation will support Mari in her completion of a 2 year Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher Certification Program, which is guided by the teachings of renowned Buddhist teachers, Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.
