Odyssey Coffees

Thanks to support, last month we were able to provide visual exams for students and teachers from the Ayutepeque and Las Cruces Schools. These schools are located in our neighboring communities, which are part of the Growing Together Program: our initiative to improve the quality of life and long-term sustainability of our collaborators!

Showcased in these photos you’ll see this year’s flight crop. In the days leading up to the main harvest, we cleanse all premature cherries (both green and overly ripe) in preparation for the real harvest season. This allows us to homogenize quality and set the scene for our collaborators to begin harvesting only the ripest cherries. We’re one step closer to being able to share our coffees with you!

We want to give a huge shout out to our producing partners in El Salvador. Over the years working with them through our Growing Together program, we have seen how their quality and yields have been improving, and we’re proud to include them into our San Jorge blend. In this blend you’ll be able to find nutty, chocolate, and caramel notes with a creamy texture!
