This couple came to the conclusion that the brevity of life ultimately declared a new vision for our lives. From this night forward, Gabrielle and Chris proclaimed their visceral desire to depart on a journey to serve local communities in developing healthier lifestyles. From our standpoint, this included exceptional physical health, mindfulness, emotional well-being, community, spirituality, and happiness. The indulgence of high calorie dessert became a thing of the past. We exist to propose an alternative, one that supports better, healthier lives!
