“Knuckles of white, I’m holding on” is about how I’ve been feeling lately. I know I’m not the only one. On top of all of the suffering out there, there are some deeply personal things going on in my world that I don’t know when or if I’ll ever feel up to sharing. Life changing things. The kind of things that force you inward, into a more spiritual state of mind. They’ve left me feeling vulnerable this year, it’s been hard to take the stage, the place I love to be.

I’m recognizing how much of my life has been spent in survival mode and what the effects of that have been. The good news! There’s growth here, I’m writing some of my best work, I’m healing the parts I’ve protected and defended so long. Whatever comes next is the rainbow I’ve been searching for. I’m almost ready.

All that being said, I’d love to see some friendly faces Sat, I’m going to be digging deep into the joy and beauty of this often sh*tty, but somehow always wonderful human experience. It’s a wonder we’re even here. Thanks for all the love and the folks sending messages saying they’re still listening. I’m still here. 💗
