This one smacked me in the face as I was leaving the grochery store.

Letting past versions of you (or the stories you tell yourself) dictate what you believe (or not) you can do.

We write these stories and let them hold us back from what our heart and soul is calling us to do. Often it holds us back from even trying, or, in some cases not "fully" trying so you can't "fully" fail.

What if we let go of the past and lived from the moment we have now. What if we LEARNED from it and made a few shifts, got some guidance, asked for help/resources and tried something new.

The people who make the greatest changes don't let the past lead them to not go after their calling. They use it to fuel them, to pivot them, to get curious about how they can.

Of course there will always be legit and TRUE reasons why you "can't do". But if all we live on are I can't, then we will never find joy, fulfillment accomplishment.

The future is a blank slate, the past is already done.

What can you do with the now to create the future YOU desire?

Reminder

When all the things feel like they are overwhelming, work is frustrating is time to connect back to you.

Maybe you got out of practice.

(Calling myself out here too).

It's time to get back into your ritual.

Use these energetic shifts as a reminder to do something to plug you back in.

Comment with your favorite rituals to connect back to self.
