In 2021, we transitioned Mineral from a remote-friendly to a remote-first company. That meant rather than simply accommodate remote work, we designed our company around it. Since then, we’ve built a national team, tapping the best talent we can find wherever we can find it, connecting in new ways, and accelerating the growth and success of our company and customers.

But remote-first doesn’t mean remote-only. Even as a remote-first company, we’ve never lost sight of the importance of in-person connection. As we entered the holiday season, we brought employees together in locations across the country, from Georgia to Idaho to Florida and beyond, as well as in our two home cities – Portland, Oregon and Pleasanton, California. Not for a meeting or conference, but for something much simpler – the opportunity to sit down together, share a meal, and get to know each other.
