Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or looking to reconnect with your body and reset in the middle of the week, we’d love to have you join us.

A little sneak peek of what’s coming together at Alignment Collective 👀
We finally started bringing in a small curated retail section at the studio featuring pieces we genuinely love and wear ourselves.
Right now we have a limited selection from TAVI, with Beyond Yoga, Glyder, and Z Supply arriving soon.
Our goal was never to create a giant retail space — we just wanted the studio to feel warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully curated… like a place you actually want to hang out before or after class.
Come take a peek, grab socks for class, browse a few cozy things, and help us continue building community-centered wellness in the South Waterfront 🤍

📚There’s growing research showing that movement 🧘🏽especially gentle, consistent, mind-body movement like Pilates can significantly improve symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, and overall psychological well-being.
Recent studies have found improvements in mood, nervous system regulation, self-esteem, sleep, and quality of life through moderate movement practices that emphasize breath, body awareness, and consistency over intensity.
At Alignment Collective, we believe mental health care should include the body too. That’s why we exist with everything offered under one roof (two if you count our John’s Landing office)!
That’s why we’re building a community space that offers:
• Pilates + movement classes
• counseling + trauma treatment
• community wellness programming
• affordable and accessible care
• a supportive, non-intimidating environment
You do not need to be “fit enough” to begin.
You do not need to push yourself to exhaustion for movement to matter.
Sometimes healing starts with reconnecting to your body gently and consistently.

Something new is happening at The Alignment Collective 🎨
Join us for LET’S DRAW with Michael of Sammler Works — a free community drawing class on select Sundays from 1–3 PM. Whether you haven’t picked up a pencil in years or you draw every day, this is a relaxed space to create, connect, and have some fun.

✏️ Second hour: free fun draw

✏️ Free to attend — tips appreciated
Come hang out, make art, and meet good people. No pressure, no perfectionism, just drawing together.

💲⭐️We’re excited about where things are headed!
Our current pricing reflects a solid & average option for the Portland metro area allowing us to build something we’re really proud of: high-quality classes, semi-private group reformer work, and a space that feels nurturing to be in.
And we’re not stopping there.
Starting in June, we’ll be expanding our pricing to include scholarships, sliding scale, and donation-based options as we continue moving closer to our mission of accessible movement and wellness for all.
If finances are a barrier at any point, reach out. We’re always open to finding a membership option that works for you (even if it’s not listed on this flier).
In the meantime, the unlimited membership is still the best overall value giving you access to all classes, semi-private reformer groups, and soon, drop-in use of studio equipment.
More access. More flexibility. More ways to be part of this community.

Couple of locals and the sweetest gal gang from Texas came in today for Mat Pilates Class. They had fun, but most importantly loved the instruction and detail offered in the class. Classical mat + a few extras = full body Friyay🤍💪🏽🫶🏽✨
