In The Branches

"The Forever Kind" might be my most ethereal and ghostly album. It was created as minimalist music for sleeping or half-dreaming (hypnogogic state), but here, there's a sense of vast, cold space lurking around every corner. I kept it mostly a secret for the past decade, for some reason. Maybe it was too personal or I just forgot. Now when I hear that incredible Fender American Select Telecaster (which was stolen from me in a robbery in 2017), I'm so glad to have these songs. That guitar was one of a kind and this music has something deep going on, which I still don't understand.

The album is officially released everywhere with new cover artwork made from photos taken on an overnight trip through Montana and Wyoming. The black & white photos were taken in Oregon. ♾️
