we’re in the final stretch before Equality Commons opens! help us prepare the new residents for their move in ✨

we started a wishlist for basic household and cleaning supplies that all 54 residents will need, but we need your help!

due to staff capacity, we cannot accept donations in person or gift cards. please only purchase these items through the wishlist.

as a reminder, equality commons is a new affordable senior housing community with support services for lgbtq+ adults. although it’s the first in maine, this project is a part of a nationwide trend of affordable housing designed specifically for lgbtq+ older adults. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

we’re all feeling angry and scared, and it can feel isolating, but the ecc is still here as a safe space for EVERYONE.

when our neighbors need us, it’s so important to build community and show up in whatever way we can. there’s a lot of ways to get involved at the ecc, this week and always.

🚫🧊 carry the momentum of the protests into meaningful change by organizing with PSL Maine to demand ice be abolished
