Helping someone feel more like themselves is a beautiful thing.
From July 19–25, Firelight will be collecting donations for a Gender-Affirming Clothing Drive benefiting our friends at Q Center and New Avenues for Youth.
We're accepting clean, gently used clothing for all genders, sizes, and styles. And all donations can be dropped off at the studio throughout the week.
Gender-affirming clothing can play a powerful role in helping people feel seen, safe, and at home in their bodies. We're honored to support organizations doing important work in our community and invite you to join us.

Our Sweet Summer Challenge isn't just about prizes, it's about making movement part of your summer routine.
Show up. Sweat a little. See your Firelight friends. Then treat yourself.

We'll still be here practicing over the holiday weekend, though it might look a little different...
A quick reminder that the **Fire Room will be closed July 3–5** while we make some upgrades to our space.
The good news? We've added classes in the Earth Room throughout the weekend, so you can keep moving, stay on track with your Sweet Summer Challenge, and enjoy a little time on your mat between all the holiday festivities.
