We’re kicking off our Sunday Reset Wellness Series with our friends at and . Start your morning with movement under the pavilion, then stick around for coffee, mimosas, cocktails, food trucks, water views, and lounging on the lawn. Bring a chair or blanket and make a day of it.
Classes start at 9:30AM. Class duration depends on the specific class.
Open to the public 10AM–3PM
All levels welcome ❤️
Classes open one week in advance. Book through the SALUD or REFRAME app. More details on what to bring will be provided when you book.
