A Property Investment Profile (or PIP for short) is a report that is sent out as frequently as you would like (every day to every 90 days) that gives a custom overview of the housing market you are in. This includes active, pending, and sold listing in your area. This way you can stay up to date on what the housing market is doing in your area and what similar homes to yours are selling for.
