A customer was renovating their home before putting it on the market. They called me in to work my magic to help them get top dollar for it by bringing it back to original design. Here are before and after pics to show the difference a little love makes.

This customer has a beautiful stone front porch and stairs. Unfortunately the 3rd step tiles were loose due to cracks in the grout. Here are before (top/left) and after (bottom/right) pictures to see the difference.

This newly laid floor had charcoal grout residue on the surface and hasn't been sealed. It came out beautifully as you can see
