Another menu addition made possible by & their garden: Nettle Miso-Glazed Tofu Dengaku. It’s hominy miso spread on atsuage-fried tofu & toasted. Topped with scallions & sesame seeds. Because we decided to use hominy miso instead of our kenzanji, this version of our dengaku is completely gluten free! 🌱

We’ve already been having a great spring mushroom season! They will be on the menu possibly starting tonight (4/29), definitely tomorrow.
