McConnell's Boxing Academy is co-owned and operated by two-time female world boxing champion, Molly McConnell. We have a boxing fitness program for non-contact fitness enthusiasts that includes cardio boxing classes, conditioning and plyometric classes and basic boxing skills classes. We also have an amateur competition team as well as professional boxers. All of our coaches are USA Boxing Certified. Private lessons are available by appointment.

The Oregon Golden Gloves will be February 13th & 14th at the Garden Home Rec Center. We have some sponsorship options available if you’d like to help the winners advance to the regional tournament (and then the Nationals!). All sponsorship $$ will go toward travel expenses and awards for the tournament winners. We only have two VIP tables left for purchase (seats 5). They are located on the stage and are the best seats in the house! Please email or DM McConnell’s Boxing if you’d like information.
