Coffee Works by p:ear

This week, Barista School ventured out for our Cafe Tour! 🏙️

We got to check out Deadstock Coffee’s super rad new space (conveniently right across the street from our flower garden, so of course we had to stop by there too 🌼). Then we headed to one of our favorite spots, CADEJO, where we played a few rounds of tic-tac-toe.

We wrapped up the tour at Guilder Coffee Company’s cafe inside Powell’s Books, where we got to see all they have to offer. P.S. We currently have an art exhibition up at Guilder’s NE location—go check it out if you haven’t already! 🎨

Today is Noah’s last shift at our coffee window! ☕️

Throughout his time at , Noah has participated in all three of our p:ear works programs—, , and now . He’s brought enthusiasm, fresh ideas, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.

Outside of p:ear, Noah has a wide range of interests and talents. He enjoys making music, skateboarding (and tech decking), and is currently training for a 10K.

If you don’t catch him at the coffee window today, you’ll probably find him out in the garden tending to our new blooms. 🌸
