TONIGHT, we are proud to welcome Franco Massolino into our restaurant for a special wine flight feature- 3 reds from the historic Serralunga d’Alba, served in small carafes - perfect for sharing between 2 people from Massolino - Azienda Agricola Vigna Rionda

Massolinos style is rooted in classic Piemontese winemaking: patient fermentations, aging in large Slavonian oak, and wines that favor detail, tension, and transparency over polish or excess. Serralunga’s naturally firm tannic profile gives Massolino’s wines a powerful backbone, while still carrying lifted aromatics of rose, cherry, licorice, spice, and earth.

This flight explores Massolino beyond Barolo alone. Through these wines, we can see how the family interprets different corners of Piemonte with the same steady hand: clean, traditional, and precise.
