We couldn't help but think of whenever we would see our dining room buzzing and full of small little gatherings, to each its own ecosystem.
As Julia said "Dining with one's friends and beloved family it's certainly one of life's primal and most innocents delights. One that is both soul satisfying and eternal"

first dates, weddings, birthdays, engagements (remember 😉) retirement parties and now a pandemic. Truly this dish has seen it all. For now we are close but we are keeping the paella dream alive 💙🥘
